Payment

We accept five types of credit cards: VISA, MASTER, DINERS, JCB and AMEX. Your card number will be encrypted before being transmitted, so you can use it with peace of mind.

●Bank transfer

After you complete your order, we will send you an email with the account information. Please transfer the invoice amount to the specified bank account within 7 days of receiving the email. Please note that the transfer fee will be borne by the customer.

PayPay is a cashless payment service provided by PayPay Co., Ltd. Please check your charge balance in advance.

Returns and Exchangesg

Return period and conditions:

Please apply within 2 days of the product's arrival date (the expected arrival date stated in the shipping notification email we send you), and return the product within 3 days.
Please note that we do not accept returns in the following cases:
・If the item is new, unused, or special order, if there are signs of use or tampering
・If you have made two or more returns in the same month, or have made excessive returns or exchanges in the past
・If the product is damaged or lost, or if any accessories (international warranty, original box, instruction manual, tag, etc.) are damaged or lost
・Belts replaced upon request (we will refund the amount minus the cost of the belt)
・If you have not applied and have not been contacted in advance
・Shipping and transfer fees will be borne by the customer.
