国内でセイコーに次ぎクォーツ時計を発売したリコーのヴィンテージクォーツです。裏蓋にはまだシールが貼り付けされていますので、未使用品と考えられます。本機には当時物純正革ベルトが付属、タグもそのまま残されており、【平均月差15秒以内　銀側（ケース）、ダイヤハードガラス】とタグ表記の通りで、贅沢な造りとなっております。鏨を打ち込んで表現したかのようなケースには純銀を使用、表面をパラジュームメッキで保護しており、70年代のヴィンテージクォーツに共通してますが、クォーツは当時画期的な精度を誇るものとして高級品扱いされており、この時計にはそれがうかがい知れる動産保険のタグも付いています。総シルバーの出で立ちはシックでありながら、どことなくなにか宇宙的で、70年代のそうした文化的な色使いをも感じさせてくれる一品です。この商品はオーバーホールがまだ済んでおりませんので、１～2か月のお時間をいただきますが、安心してお使いいただけましたらと思います。

This is a vintage quartz watch from Ricoh, the second quartz watch released in Japan after Seiko. The sticker is still attached to the back cover, so it is considered to be unused. This watch comes with a genuine leather strap from that time, and the tag is still intact. The case, which looks like it was created by hammering a chisel, is made of pure silver and the surface is protected with palladium plating, which is common to vintage quartz watches from the 1970s, but quartz was treated as a luxury item at the time because it boasted groundbreaking accuracy, and this watch also comes with a personal property insurance tag that shows this. The all-silver appearance is chic, but somehow cosmic, and it is a product that gives you a sense of the cultural color usage of the 1970s.
