Pull the crown out to two positions to change the time, one position to change the date, and push the crown in to change the day of the week. Since it does not have a manual winding function, you can use this watch by shaking it for about a minute, and I think many people will find it nostalgic for its 70s feel. This watch is perfect for old Seiko fans and young people who want to feel a fresh feel from their watch. There is some peeling of the luminous material on the dial, but the windshield, case, and SS band are in good condition considering their age. This watch is now fresh and cool, and although it has not yet been overhauled, it will take some time, but it is a highly recommended watch.
