キングセイコー初の自動巻きハイビート搭載、そして第二精工舎ではなく諏訪精工舎製と、ファンには心躍る内容に、本機はクッションケースにローマンダイヤルと、少し珍しい装いとなっております。竜頭はなにか少し手巻きのような巻き心地で、また針の取り回しも不思議と同様に重厚感があり、さすがは高級機という雰囲気を醸し出しています。黒文字盤に金のローマンインデックスがとても落ちついていて、日付や曜日がなく、シンプルな三針というのがまたよいです。長く付き合える相棒としての条件は十分だと、感じさせてくれるかもしれません。状態のよい商品で、プラ風防にうっすらと線傷がところどころありますが、消耗品としてもし捉えるならば、愛を込めて磨きたくなる余地がまだ残っている、そういう評価も見方の一つとして出来る1本です。オーバーホール済ですので、とても快調に動いています。
